My stay at the hotel was mostly pleasant. The rooms were nice and clean, although some areas could use a bit of maintenance. The service was friendly, but there were a few issues like my room number being announced in front of others. The location was convenient for my plans, but the pool area could have been more relaxing without kids. The dining options were overpriced for the quality. When I arrived, the hotel location wasn't very inviting, but once there, I enjoyed being in the midtown area, especially if attending an event at the Fox. The service was friendly and helpful, from valet to cleaning staff, making my experience pleasant. The dining was okay; nothing fancy, but a decent start in the morning. There was a night charge that was held from my money, which wasn't very transparent upfront. Overall, a convenient option in the area.
